Refund policy

Returns Policy (Effective 1st July, 2025)

As we begin to wind down our business, we’re making some changes to our returns process.

All items are now final sale.
We are no longer offering refunds.

We understand shopping online can be tricky, so if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer:

  • An exchange (if stock is available), or

  • A store credit in the form of a digital gift card, valid until December 31st, 2025.

To be eligible, your item must:
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

We’re a tiny team (just one mum behind the scenes!) and with the business closing soon, we appreciate your understanding and kindness as we finalise these final chapters.
